An Andalucian Cultural Course

Course Details

Graham’s vibrant 5-day course, set against the atmospheric backdrops of Sanlúcar and Cádiz, will concentrate on a range of Andalucian artistic, musical and literary giants (including Goya and García Lorca), as well as influential cultural and historical events.
Travellers’ tales (Byron, Gerald Brenan, Laurie Lee) will be woven into a compelling account of Andalucia’s artistic life. Amongst other highlights you’ll be taken on a journey into the world of flamenco.
The course will be open to all levels and no prior knowledge of the subject or of Spanish is required; it’ll run for up to 3 hours in the mornings, and will include a day’s excursion to Cádiz.
