Meals
oranges ... almonds ... olives ... saffron ... and sea-food
Our meals will be leisurely, we’ll have dinner on a leafy candle-lit patio and breakfast in a refreshingly cool bodega. Breakfast will be a relaxed buffet with cereal, yoghurt and fruit with the chance to try some regional ham and cheese as well as a few delicious cups of coffee. Our sociable three-course dinners will include excellent wines from nearby cellars or soft drinks in you prefer. Two of our dinners will take place at a peaceful beach-side restaurant set alone on a long expanse of sand.
Sanlúcar is full of atmospheric, very inexpensive tapas bars and small restaurants, many are within a few minutes walk from where we’ll be staying. We’ll be happy to join or guide you towards one of these for lunch (all other meals are included in our price total, as is tea & coffee during workshop breaks).

All of our meals will include plenty of locally-sourced, fresh ingredients; Sanlúcar’s nearby market (an incredible sight when in full swing) is well known for the variety of its fish, sea-food, fruit and vegetables. The small restaurants on the Bajo de Guia beach attract those keen to sample a wonderful choice of sea-food (large plates or tapas) accompanied by a chilled glass of manzanilla sherry while watching the sunset over the sea and the Coto Doñana nature reserve - altogether unforgettable.
Vegetarians can easily be catered for, please let us know at time of booking.
