Social Activities
We'll be offering social activities (optional visits to markets, bodegas and flamenco clubs) but there´ll also be plenty of opportunities for you to enjoy and absorb the surroundings in your own way and time.

Our holidays will be un-hurried and informal, reflecting the way and pace of life in Sanlúcar. In the afternoons or early evenings you can swim or sunbathe at the beach, socialize or maybe wander through the network of narrow streets in the old quarter of town. In September, the continuing long hours of daylight will give writers extended time to relax and concentrate on their practice.
Sanlúcar´s laid-back nightlife is a few minutes walk down the hill towards the central square. After dinner you can just continue your conversation, find somewhere to dance, listen to some impromptu flamenco or amble down to the beach ... everywhere stays open until very late.
As a fun extra: In either June or September there´s the chance to go horse-riding on the long strech of sand at Bajo de Guia.
